Information about you
To place an order with Cake Your Day you must be over 18 years old.
To place an order for any of the products displayed on this website, please contact us via the contact form, phone or email to check that we have availability for your selected date. If we can meet your requirements, the order will be accepted and an invoice sent to you within 48 hours to confirm the order.
If you are placing a postal order, it is your responsibility to ensure the postal address is full and correct. If the information is incorrect and the order returned, refunds will not be available.
Should we deliver to a 3rd party venue, photographs will be taken as evidence and a signature will be required to confirm receipt. At this point we take no responsibility for how the venue handle the products and liability lies with you to ensure the products are stored in the correct conditions.
Payment is required 2 weeks in advance of delivery / collection. Should you not pay within this time frame, we will attempt to make contact on the day following when payment was due. If payment is not made at this time, your order will be cancelled.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is due within 48 hours of the invoice being sent. The remaining balance is due no later than 2 weeks before the collection / delivery date. Failure to pay the balance will result in the order being cancelled.
Delivery and Collection
For all cake and bake orders collection is from 19 Keswick Close, Camberley, Surrey GU15 1RN.
Your collection date will be the date specified on your invoice that was discussed at time of order. Please check this and let us know ASAP if any changes are required. We will contact you a few days before collection to confirm timings with you.
Failure to collect your order within 24 hours, will result in the products being disposed of.
No refunds are given on items not collected.
We ship our baking kits nationally via Royal Mail and the fee depends on the size of the order and postage service selected. Please discuss at time of booking.
Cancellation of Orders
Cancellation of orders less than 7 days prior to collection / delivery will not be applicable for a refund. All deposits are non-refundable.
In the rare occasion we have to cancel an order due to illness or events outside of our control, we will contact you with as much notice as possible.
Returns and Refunds
We do not accept returns or do refunds. If you believe the products to be faulty or unsatisfactory we require you to provide evidence and the items need to be returned for investigation.
If you have received postal kits and they are damaged please photograph the damage immediately and email the photos to us at [email protected].
Under the Distance Selling Regulations the 14 day cooling off period does not apply to perishable foods or foods made to order (customised).
