How do I place an order with you?

Due to our items needing to be made to order, please contact us via the contact form, email or phone to let us know what date you require and we can confirm our availability.

How long do the baking kits to be delivered?

That depends on which delivery method you choose.  We use Royal mail signed for, however once we transfer to Royal mail delivery times our out of our control.
Do you cater for allergies?

We can cater for dairy allergies with most of our products.  Some of our products are vegan, so please check at time of booking. Please note that there is a risk of cross contamination due to the use of dairy / eggs / nuts in the kitchen.

We do not cater for gluten free / coeliacs.

Do the biscuits and baking kits post safely?

Yes, they do. Occasionally the post people are heavy handed, and rarely, a biscuit will break, but this is very rare. We will rectify any issues so please email us with photo’s as soon as possible.

Can I add a gift note?

Yes! Please let us know at time of booking if you would like us to include a personal card.

How long can I keep the biscuits and kits?

Our biscuits last around a week from the date they are baked…however, its hard to resist not eating them in this time frame!

How long do cupcakes and bakes keep?

Most of our cupcakes and bakes have a shelf life of 3 days.

How should I store my cupcakes, bakes and biscuits?

All products should be kept in a cool, dry area. Do not place in the fridge unless I advise, as this can dry the items out.

How should I transport my cupcake order?

All cupcake orders should be transported in the boot or the passenger footwell of the car where they are flat. Ensure the heating is not on them! Do not transport on someone’s lap where they can move.
